Hi mate, if you've got it out of bundle that you can get their support to take a look at it and issue you another. I had simular issue with another key before and there was no problem with it.
Also I wouldn't be able to mark this as "received" as I've got penalized for it the last time I've tried to do a good thing.

You cannot just replace the key with that of another game, that is AGAINST THE RULES. And you just gave the guy negative feedback for that? The feedback system is for TRADING ONLY, and you used this system to blame someone for doing the right thing?
