There are TONS of games on Steam that have to be removed, like 99%, so do u think that Steam wants to lose majority of their profit from cards just because ppl dislike them :) There is a button to hide a game
GOG has better quality control (library-wise) than Steam. They also give you free goodies like Manuals, Guidebooks, Wallpapers, recorded audio from devs, etc..
Steam is better for online though.
I'd say this game looks worse than 99% of the "bad" 99% you are talking about...
It just looks like a very simple card game with prison background picture behind...
To be honest it looks more like a game someone would make to learn basics of game programming as some part of a tutorial..
