Really, really, really check the winner, because it is rare to find anyone who does not own it through getting one of the numerous Arkham CIty GOTY sales.

I think that everyone who had a regular version got a goty version later.

At least I have both, even I only activated the regular one. And i can enter this giveaway.

I have the GOTY version, did not have the regular, do not own the DLC, but cannot enter.

I have arkham city but I cannot enter too

I have both the basic Arkham City and separately the GOTY edition and I am able to enter.

Impossible to enter even owning the base game
