Sorry for the delay. I still have it in my library so I think it is a full key

I just tested a key since the free keys are still available even though the free weekend has ended and it activated in my licenses as "retail" and can still be installed. Maybe they sent out permanent keys by accident, but giveaways still shouldn't be created because there is a good chance they might get revoked.
