Yes, I can but;
If the key is viewed I can no longer be sure it hasn't been used somehow/somewhere. The first winner might've given the key away elsewhere and if I then re-roll and the new winner gets an already used key I have to either buy a new key to provide for the new winner, or accept it as Not Received. As I see it, why take the chance?

Yeah, that's the whole point of the text in the description. Seems to be more and more common on SG these days...
Hopefully though, it won't come to that. It should be good as is, or more regions would have been mentioned in the warning on getting the key. I haven't had to delete a single GA for this reason yet.
