If I recall correctly, there are (or rather used to be) 2 versions of SEHD - standalone game and DLC to FEHD and I think that's the reason of this issue. Maybe SG database can't appropriately recognize them now. I own both HD games bought separately (activated as Serious Sam HD Retail and Holiday Sale 2011 Gift: Serious Sam HD: SE Non-pre (RoW)), have even this DLC and still see "Missing Base Game" cause SG Sync can't see SEHD nor this DLC.

You have to play the game for a bit for it to appear on your games list. It's the same thing you had to do for DotA 2. Although even though I've synced my account and Steamgifts recognizes that I own Second Encounter HD, it still won't allow me to enter. :(
