First giveaway after Turkey switched to Mena dollars. There is no regional restriction warning on the Steam giveaway page. When I look at the price of the game, it is the same as the US price. I hope there is no problem sending the gift.

The highest +x% I've hit was 15% before no gifting thru Steam., I used to shoot for +10% to maybe 12%.
I've collected SG people from most regions and do dry runs (dont check "I accept", they wont let you see the check if it wont work) gifting before making a GA, no issues so far....
Interesting, this is the first one that I'd be paranoid about the peso and southern currencies.

Thank you for sharing your experience. There is a 40% difference with the Mexican peso. I also wondered what would happen if a Mexican friend of ours won the giveaway . let's see if maybe a Mexican friend of ours wins :))

Dont have a Mexican Steam friend yet so cant check.
Just checked a UK friend at 13.38% and can gift him.
