IT IS REGION RESTRICTED. ORIGINALLY TRIED TO DO ALL REGION RESTRICTIONS COUNTRY BY COUNTRY (ANYONE WHO CAN HELP ME find a way to do it without having to click 200 countries PLEASE INFORM ME THANKS) AND LOST PROGRESS SO I LOST PATIENCE AND WILL TO LIVE,

Unfortunately the restrictions given on Fanatical's page are often not actually true. They won't sell the key to certain countries, but if you try to activate the key, it will often work. The reason for that is unclear to me.
I looked at SteamDB and it seems that this actually has no region restrictions. But maybe I'm wrong, and I'd like someone who knows what they're doing a little better than me to confirm that.
