look up hitsquad godfather on Twitch and see you earn points - you get points for watching it and then clicking it you see prizes either games/dlc which are able to be given away on here - or claims
claims are used on stream elements hitsquad godfather as well and when you turned your twitch points into claims you can spend them on the stream elements to get games - some are not Steam games but are listed if so
there are other things you can do on the stream but you best check it out there to see the current list of commands and what they do
one thing i would say is remember to check the stream elements site regularly as they often add new games/dlc at all different prices some times only 50 points are needed

I also wanted to ask if you know, when registering on gleam.io, they ask you to write the URL of the site. Which site exactly? What should I write there?

you can't if it says random key is given - best bet is to try on your account and if you own it then you'll know what it is for - if you want to get keys that you can tell then either wait for some go either for the dlc or register for stream elements and save up for the claims to spend over at https://streamelements.com/hitsquadgodfather/store

no problem i like helping people who try to make this place better - i think a fair few people only do giveaways using what they can earn/buy with their twitch points which if you look at the Stream elements page can be any thing from something for less than 1000 points to something massive that is over 500k in points - for me i mostly take the 50 or 100 point giveaways and even though they won't add CV or level me up it's still nice to give back i keep all the games i have gotten from them in a collection page on Steam (the ones i keep of course) which shows me just how great using it is - my best gain from them was a couple of the You don't know Jack games - sport and tv and Godspell (a newer game from the people who did one finger death punch) but what you get is what ever they have at the time and don't be sad if they run out of keys for one or two games they always have loads to pick from and your points NEVER run out
