Oh wow I never thought about that, guess you may not be able to get it in Germany huh? I do know you guys have strict restrictions on games, gore, etc. Thanks for the consideration and info. I've never really understood how these price differences, ROW, SteamDB, all of that work and I have no means of buying games anywhere but Steam because I can use their wallet codes for money, I don't have access to any online banking. I thought maybe that had been taken care of with the recent changes to Steam where we have to give our personal billing info and get taxed, been having a lot of luck sending to different countries so I thought maybe it started converting the price differences now or something.
I won but apparently cannot be gifted the game through Steam because of regional price differences (the maker of the giveaway contacted me). Re-rolling the giveaway is fine with me.

Thats why I said it - I live there - already own the Low Violence Version and still can enter.
There are either two options:
1.) You can send it without any problems
2.) You're not able to since I already own the low violence Version
Depending on how it works. I could own the German Version of Wolfenstein and have a separate Game in my library with the ROW Version.
