I think things from Orlygift might be ok. The giveaways are limited and not everyone wins one. The site has given away some huge games like Farcry Primal, XCOM Enemy Unknown, Max Payne 3, Rocket League, Fallout 4, Just Cause 3, Doom, Dark Souls 3, Ark, Superhot, and Life is Feudal. Honestly if this limited giveaway was a violation, they would need to include all the games mentioned above to the no giveaway list as well as tons of others that are shown on the site, it's the exact same thing.. a small amount of keys that the devs give out for feedback.
