I've seen a few people suspended for giving away Uplay keys, and a lot of others get chastised, so I'm trying to save them the bother, not to be a dick.
What is so confusing about it? You can send gifts to emails, just like you can send keys. There are keys for both, steam and uplay. And yes, you can't give away uplay keys on here (it's called steamgifts after all), but I'm very positive the giveaway creator knows about that.

I guess you thought as a key becuase he said "by email." But you can also send steam gifts directly to the email aswell.
