It's the Bundle Stars bundle (which includes one plus DLC), but this was the easiest way to list. I will contact the winner on Steam and deliver the game as a set of keys.

Was too fast: within 10-15 seconds. And with an almost 23 hour run time, it is on at least the second page, unless you have thousands of games filtered.
I don't mind, unlike many people on the forums, but it was a bit surprising. :) Since I'll contact the winner in chat, I don't see why would the method of entry matter anyway as I will have to contact a human.

I just don't know what the site's policy is if you get a key for the base game you cannot activate. I may guess it is all right as long as you don't try to make a GA with it…?

As far as I know if you are missing even a little content you can join the giveaway.
Otherwise website does not allow you to join to giveaway.

And yeah, true. Plus the dlc's are rather expensive, so if it was my giveaway I would say go for it aswell.
Well, if you are giving away a pack one can activate it no matter what! ^^ And this site lets you join unless you own it all (a few cases it doesn't track it), but it's in the end your decision on how much a person can own before they can enter. Well, if they read the description of course. That's why you will often see "Yes, you can enter if you own only the base game" in descriptions on e.g. GOTY editions.
So if you write that you don't want them to enter for the season pass or whatever, you can in the end reroll & a new winner will be chosen. :)

Me, personally, I don't care, I was just worried that since you get a key you cannot redeem, what is the site's statement on that.
And on not entering… well, you'll get your chance again. Two chances, to be exact. (Maybe four. Undecided on buying another double pack or not.)

Well, if it was only a key for the base game, then I would not be able to redeem. But if it's a pack I can. As long as the key or gift includes more than the base game (with e.g. dlc or soundtrack).
But if someone wouldn't be able to redeem it (let's say he didn't see he already got all the dlc's or the key is not available in his region or whatever, then you would have to trust that the guy wouldn't share the key. And then you could ask for a reroll. :)
