It shouldn't be. All the others keys I've received from LootBoy haven't had this problem (I've made 9 other giveaways from LootBoy keys). I'll see if they can send another one and I'll get it to you.

OK, they're asking for a "screenshot of the license overview of your Steam account".
That's under Settings > Account > View Account Details > View licenses and product key activations
