Apparently, the winner there got a beta code for a game called "Disc Jam".
If he doesn't come clean and supply a code/redeemable gift copy, you may think about filing a ticket for misleading giveaway (with the inclusion of giving away a beta pass), on top of the usual marking it as not received. Normally it wouldn't do too much, but since it looks like all 3 of the giveaways ended with similar results, support should probably be informed.
