For anyone entering this - this version was developed by Google. The development has reached the end and Google has released a source code for it.
Community picked that up and developed an improved free version, called OpenBrush https://store.steampowered.com/app/1634870/Open_Brush/

So just in case you desperately want to play it and didn't win the giveaway, you can play it this way :3
