You got a point there, but still... they don't want you making up your own rules for giveaways. If I'm not mistaken, it's even stated in their rules.

I checked the rules again before the giveaway and i didn't find anything. I'll check again just to make sure. If that's the case, i'll edit the description and i suppose i'll HAVE to give it to one of the many bots :(
EDIT: This is the closest thing i found: "You cannot ask users to perform any special action in order for their entry to be considered valid, such as liking a Facebook page, or following a Twitter account." I don't think this counts, because i'm just asking for a comment here to approve unbottiness.

You're right.
There's no specific rule against it, but it's stated several times in the forums that special rules have to be aproved by the support team.
BTW.: A reroll has to be requested and an admin has to do it manually. I doubt they'll do that if you don't have any real prove that the winner's a bot. Not everyone's posting you know. ;-)
(this comment is an entry) the only true way is to be talking to humans in a chatroom then randomly choose one there, this free 'hobby' site (as admin called it, reason why he doesnt want money donations) exists to semi automatically give away steam games, how the users utilize it is up to them
the hard part is figuring out which users use scripts/bots AND want to play the game for real rather than farm cards
also, some non-english speakers would enter giveaways without understanding the description text, they're not breaking any rules by using the enter button without commenting
what i want to say is a complex issue requires a complex solution or attempt at multiple solutions
