That will prevent you from entering most SGTools protected giveaways, will get you a 4 day suspension sooner or later and might get you on a couple of blacklists. I don't think support is willing or able (besides the admin) to remove your win. So it would be best from a Steamgifts point of view to activate the key. You have plenty of games in your account, so children using it should never notive the stuff not suiteable for them.
