With some DLC, because of the way they have been set up in Steam, it's unfortunately impossible to prevent people from entering. The mods may not be able to do anything about it :( It's down to the entrants to use their intelligence. A fatal flaw, apparently...
Sadly you'll have to vet the winner yourself, but it is piss-poor that so many people have entered this without actually owning the game, and makes your life a lot harder, since re-rolling this days may mean waiting up to a week.
If one of these tools wins, make sure you do re-roll though, and I'd also report the "winner" for entering a giveaway, knowing full well that they don't have the base game, and causing you unneccessary grief with their stupidity.
The winner apreantly didn't have the base-game but i couldn't check his name, or steam profile before i gifted the prize.. Therefore i'm sorry all of you entries that actually had the basegame and didn't win it.

Most of the witless wonders who have entered your giveaway don't even have the base game on their account.
Make sure you check the winner actually owns Farming Sim, as it seems anyone can enter...
Would be nice to see the DLC go to someone who actually wants it...

You should re-roll it if one of those jokers wins. Just raise a support ticket.
Since you can't activate it, it's against the site rules to enter a giveaway for DLC when you don't own the base game.

I do not have the base game, but can enter. Support ticket should definitely be made by the gifter. And, a reroll if the winner doesn't own the game.
