To answer your question, I think it would be ok. The gifter might be mad, but really there isn't much to argue if you already own one of the 5 or 6 games that are in a bundle.

To be completely honest I think I won one of those bundles while already owning Samarost 2 which was included in the bundle... I had just honestly forgotten that I bought it on sale.

I say go for it, unless you own more than 1 of the games :) But hey, maybe it wouldn't hurt to ask in the comment section of the giveaway and see if the gifter addresses the issue.
