Why is telling me missing game if i have Shogun 2 Pack.

One update to crash it all. First, my savegames from HL1 became invisible, now this.
yeah, me too! I think steam counts all the Shogun 2's as Shogun 2 Fall of the Samurai and Shogun 2 is not on my library even though I already have it, it shows Fall of the Samurai!
I have both FotS and S2... -.-
