This is my first giveaway, not entirely sure what I'm doing but I've just got the key for Layers of Fear: Masterpiece Edition, no single dlc key.

It means is it alright to enter if the game is already owned but not the dlc. I also would like to know if it is okay cause I just got the base game

This edition includes main game and DLC.
If winner will activate it while owning main game, it will add only missing DLC ("wasted" main game).

People are asking you if you are OK with someone entering just for DLC. It's up to you to decide.
