What are you talking about? This is the base game. OP have chosen the base game. The base game is in the list. And I belive Humble gave away special edition on their site. And Special Edition is also available in the list
Edit: But as mentioned above. Steamgift added back wrong appid for the regular game. They choose 380460 when it should have been 233130
SteamGifts really needs to fix the pricing though ... 40 points for a game given free seems a tad much, especially since the nice Giveaway creator isn't getting any Contributor stats from it

The common Shadow Warrior was free from Humblebundle. This is the reason why you don't find the base game to make GA.

The point pricing is based on $ amount. It's 39.99 on Steam, so it's 40 points.
