According to the store page: "Starting 03/19/2020, Grand Theft Auto IV: Complete Edition will replace both Grand Theft Auto IV and Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City wherever it is currently digitally available." So I guess it's not a problem.
Deliver less? It's a free game, you'd rather I delete it over semantics? Steamgifts does NOT offer a giveaway for the GTA IV base game code because steam replaced the base game TO the complete edition. I can't believe this is even a discussion.
You have to delete this giveaway then. You can't deliver less than the created giveaway claims.
