Strangely, outside of the usual SG allowing me to enter owned DLC component, Steam itself claims I don't own this DLC [apparently Base Game + Special Edition DLC != Special Edition Version, for steam entry?].
Just noting that some people with the Special Edition may get confused by that :)

I don't own the base game but for some reason I can enter this. Means an extra triple check of the winner and may the RNG gods be with you requiring 0 rerolls for a solid winner.

Yeah, I ALWAYS check the winners of my giveaways to make sure they've not recently broken any rules and in cases of DLC, to make sure they don't already own it. Have only had to do a reroll once, due to the person multi-winning stuff and offering up his recent wins for trade, because he was a hardcore trader.
