Potato Salad:
Dice Potatoes, cook them until ready, let them cool down again.
In a bowl mix:
Mix well and put the bowl into the fridge over night. The next morning mix again and let it rest until you want to eat. Should be enough for 3-4 portions, especially when eaten together with something else, like sausage.

Oh!! I made this the other day, its easy but a decent amount of ingredients, its called Bang Bang chicken.
start your spaghetti water, once that's boiling toss in your spaghetti, oil a pan, throw in the garlic till the aroma hits you, then toss in the chicken. While the spaghetti and chicken is cooking, mix the mayo, Thai sweet chili, honey, siracha and lime juice, whisk that shiz up, boom sauce, I didn't think it was enough sauce, might wanna double the sauce recipie, make it extra saucy. Once spaghetti is ready drain that, add in your fully cooked chicken and sauce and BOOM. Good stuff, If you want, prepping the sauce first could save on stress, it was really good!!
Pretty easy just a lot of ingredients :P

Dragon Chicken (originally from Nigella Kitchen, by Nigella Lawson):
1 kg Chicken drumsticks
3 Hot fingers peppers (or other small, green peppers)
½ Green Bell pepper
2 Garlic gloves
4 tbsp Olive Oil
½ tbsp Salt
1 tsp Rice vinegar
½ tsp Ground ginger
Put every ingredient except the chicken in a blender and pulse until smooth. Marinate the chicken at least 4 hours in this delicious mixture. Cook in the oven in the marinade for 40-45 minutes at 450 degrees. Serve with basmati rice. (I like to drizzle the rice with the oily marinade too!)

Appreciated! I assume that those 450 degrees are in Fahrenheit, aren't they? :)

Yes exactly! The original recipe used two varieties of red pepper, but I like my green sauce better :)
