I'm not sure, although since I've had steam Terraria is the one with the most hours played at 190 hours. Dungeon Defenders is a second at 132 hours.

FF8. Not steam but I did play it longer than any other game (lvling to max, trying to max stats, magic, items, CARDS, etc).

god it's impossible to tell what i've played most...
as far as just steam goes? Dota 2 and garry's mod have stupidly high hours logged

According to steam, Team Fortress 2 - 685 hours. But I think, I played more NFS Underground (I re-install it every year since its release)
