I like how, of the three quotes on the Steam page, one is from a video making fun of the game, one is from an neutral article that offers perspectives from different parties, and the last is from a negative article that is just quoting the Steam page.

Oh, and you're forgetting about the 2000+ people who have received a key. Do you really think I give out multiple keys to unbundled AAA games and then decide to not send out keys to shovelware bundle trash? That's ridiculous.

Check your email. Both keys are there, as gift links, from indiegala. If you have the same issue as the dude in the thread you linked, follow the troubleshooting on the thread I linked him. If it still doesn't work, then let me know.
