This is a cross-platform title. You can see mobile players on city marketplace and talki with them ;)
Perhaps the matter is in the country in which you are located. I don't have this game for android =)

Following the link, I can open the page with the game, but it says that the game is not available to me. I understand this is a Polish site? GG has test servers there. Some of their games are also available only for Polish players (in testing mode).
No, it's a google site. But with polish language. Same link with "hl=en"
