I was half of my current age when my mother died, and it was 5 years after that when I started service for my aunt. Now, 2 years before my mother died, I was half the age that I was 2 years after I started service. How old am I?
(My mother is not dead and I shamelessly stole the riddle text from a game. No, not a Professor Layton game)
