BEWARE: If you install the game, key says Beta (In the steam forum the developer knows about this problem).
I bought it as a full key and it worked for me. Shows the full game in library. Only enter if you are okay with this. Should something go wrong in the future, I will delete the giveaway and I will provide you antoher nice game. (If you are okay with this)

If you mean it says "for Beta Testing" when activating, that refers to how the key was generated, i.e. with a 'release state override', meaning the game is playable even before the game's Steam release, while for a normal key activation one can only play when it's also buyable.
Whether a key actually ceases to work after the end after some 'beta' is a matter unrelated to this.
