I guarantee you there will be lots of non-NA entries. Since SG added the region restriction thing which should avoid something like that, people often seem to enter any giveaway for which they have the possibility to enter.
I think only it's possible to delete unfinished giveaways, but if you have another game that I'm interested for send me, support can change the game in this giveaway. With this you don't lose CV and I can mark as received. (Only if support change the giveaway).
