Nope, but the more non-bundled games you give, the higher your bundle cap value will be. It's only locked at $30 for people who only give bundle games.

Hmm, well in the update last year it says you get 20% of the value of a bundled game, but I'm pretty sure I haven't gotten any contrib value for some of the games I've given away that were in bundles.

You looked at the math wrong.
If you have given $500 of non bundled games, you can gain 20% of that from bundle games.
The only exception is the first $25 from bundle titles will always count as non bundle value, so they can get their $30 CV.
