This says Missing Base Game, but I already own Aerena - Clash of Champions... I have synced plenty of times.
the giveaway last for a week u can try to sync in a day or so maybe that will fix it, unless its already fixed
i have same problem, i can join on patient packs, but on this and on supporter pack no go.... no matter how many times i sync
If you got the game before it was released F2P u already have the starter pack so that might be why..either then that i dont know

Try syncing your profile with the game open, that worked for me on another game once.
