very nice giveaway. already got it so its a no for me. but i dont get why sometimes i could participate on DLC giveaways that i already own? someone there who also encounter this ??

This is a standard SG problem, it has been around for many years.
Steamgifts does not know how to work with DLC API, so he cannot evaluate their presence on the account
Just try to control manually (usually I hide the dlc I have if I see it giveaway. Also the dlc you win on SG are hidden automatically).

Oddly enough there are SOME that it does recognize just fine, such as most Arma 3 DLCs I think. Wonder what makes them different?
