Indiegala keys are not region-locked. 'Indie' in Indiegala means 'Independant developer\studio' not India :)
IF keys are region-locked, the website should clearly mention it in the store webpage.

Basic rules of website that newbies should be careful about :-

• If you win a giveaway, make sure to activate it immediately in your OWN account. The admins check and you can get banned\suspended at any time
• If you create a giveaway, make sure the game is exactly the one being given away. Again you might get suspend\banned for failing to do so. If a game you want is not in the dropdown menu, mostly likely the game is blacklisted from being given away.
