I won this one from here a few years back and played it to 100%. It's a perfectly adequate kart racer with pretty cool system for making different "builds". My one major complaint was the insane rubberbanding the CPU racers are programmed to do at the highest speed tiers.
Yeah it's not rare for racing games to simply crank up the numbers for the higher difficulties and then the player basically runs into a wall, between insane time requirements and aggressive rubberbanding is hard to know which one is worse. I'll try to keep that in mind when I play this one and not obsess over finishing every race available.
