Please, request a new winner. Somehow SG allowed me to enter this GA despite the fact I have all DLCs :/

Don't worry, I asked for a re-roll.
It is a common thing. Since Steam dosn't show DLCs in your library, SG cannot check if you already own DLC.
We have to check ourselves before entering a ga for DLC.
