I really should not be doing this, but I got home tonight after overeating (bleh) and was feeling meh, and decided that being nice could cheer me up. So, I looked up which game was most wanted out of the $10 crowd, saw this bad boy was, and here we are.

Now, you guys should know YOU CAN MOD THIS! :D Much like Skyrim/Oblivion. Its a little harder but just use the Fallout New Vegas Nexus Mod Manager to do it.
