I really don't know. I will form an opinion closer to release date. I tend to be annoyed at "updates" in the form of a new release (I.E. Dragon's Dogma) and tend to hope for it to be a purchasable add-on as well for previous owners. But with this game... if it is something additional that requires it... I'll probably bite :(
