It's about time for me to clear some of the extra games I have, and what better time than Christmas! Game was a part of the Humble WB Bundle.
Arguably the best game in the series. I absolutely loved this game myself.

From what I remember you don't miss out on anything.The main thing that connects the two games is that because of the chaos and destruction from the previous game in the Alysum, they had to put all the criminals somewhere else, which is what establishes the precedence for it being a open city.
On top of that there are a lot of villains in this game that weren't in the previous one so there's that too.

Thanks for the info, I was worried that if I started with this one I wouldn’t get the most out of it, but it doesn’t sound like too big of a deal.
