Just reopening this real quick. It's sad about the giveaway restriction carrying over from Steam that only holders of Issue #9 can get it.

Nope.. this appears to be bugged. Even the person that just won my Issue #9 Collectors Edition giveaway can't enter this.

Yeah.. it has to be bugged. No one was able to enter it previously because of some restriction. I'm putting a support ticket in to check into it.
