It downloads a Prize_Code.src file its looks like a keylogger. u can find suspicius register in regedit (u should delete them asap). Also here is my story (can be found on the steamgroup thread)
1: checked profile.
2: Search for the prize_code .src before opening didnt find anything
3: turned off internet connection
4: run the Prize_code .src
5: noticed nothing happened so i run malware scan. Ended up with 0 treats.
6: i wanted to check steam in offline mode but i was sudenly loged out so i restarted my PC
7: still the same steam suspicius app like i was starting steam for the first time on this PC, so i decided to uninstall steam
8: searched group via onine steam (chrome) and find this tread. i did the Regedit part nothing was found!
9: i will now install steam and change password etc...

well just dont open it. I hope that im safe

Are you sure it ended in .src and not .scr? The .scr suffix is a synonym for .exe but not as well-known, so it's used for trojan horses.

Let me show you how easy it is to decide something is fishy, or scamy in this case.
"!!!" <-- triple exclamation marks. Couldn't be easier.
Not to mention retarded grammar they have, and random shit like this "( you have 5 minute )".
I have yet to see a competition where winner has 5 minutes to collect a prize, unless it's a local competition, where all people are at same place.

Also the part where you are randomly selected without participating with anything. You will NEVER win something without doing something for it. You have to at least click on enter or something.
