My top games of this year:
I haven't finished Life is Strange but it's so good.
Played a little bit of Wolfenstein: The New Order and I loved it, but I'm waiting to upgrade my GPU to keep playing.
I should mention Her Story as well, pretty unique game.
I don't know what to choose, so I'm going with Dark Souls lol
Oh I almost forgot Bioshock: Infinite, please Lord Gaben I want a 75% off sale for the Season Pass!

Sorry to disappoint you, but - at least in my opinion - Life is Strange won't be be that good any more,
once you finished it. The problem's the last episode, without giving you any spoilers, let me just say,
that in the end you can play it through only once. I personally found this very sad, because I really
wanted to try out different choices. I won't say any more ... you'll know what I mean once you get there.

Have searched for it on the internet but still have no answer. If I want the full story for Dark souls 2 what should I buy? Dark souls 2 bundle (dlc included, http://store.steampowered.com/app/236430/) and then the sholar of the first sin upgrade, or just Sholar of the first sin? (http://store.steampowered.com/app/335300)
I have windows 8 64 bit.
thx in advance!

Scholar of the First Sin isn't a different game, just a 64 enchanched edition for Dark Souls II which includes all the DLCs. So if your PC can run Scholar and it is cheaper (it usually is): buy it. Only reason to buy the Dark Souls II is if your PC can't run Scholar in the first place. If you have more to ask feel free to add me on steam and talk about it :)

Call of Duty Black Ops 3 (Many things to do, to unlock, different modes to play, singles and coop, zombies, and nightmare campaign).
And i'm not a big fan of CODs.
Also, Dying Light.
My two surprises of the year.

You should check it out. It's fantastic! Evoland 1 is terrible but 2 is amazing!

That would have been on my list as well but unfortunately it was released in 2014

Ori and the Blind Forest and Stick It to the Man was maybe the two best games I've played this year :) Also started Pillars [of Eternety ofc] , but couldn't play for a week or two and now I forgot where I was so need a restart - I realyl expect it to be amongst my top games.

Same here. I got stuck in that castle thing with the chief guy who killed his wife.
I was about 13 hours in but could win the fight against ten paladins, four mages. I will not start again, but I have no desire to try that fight ten more times.

It's amongst the few games that really made me smile and laugh :) The other probably was Jazzpunk. I'm curious if I'll find a similarly intresting game like - ever, when I don't care about the mechanics, I just enjoy the story. Telltale is close to them, but both Stick it... and Jazzpunk are in genres that are usually not used for storytelling, but both of them was excellent.

Jazzpunk was suprisngly good actually. I loved the unique stupid humour in it!

If I had a PS4, I'd say Bloodborne.
EDIT : I mostly played old stuff. Judging by my in game time :
1 Dark Souls
2 Rocksmith 2014
3 XCOM

I didn't get many newly released games this year. Without going through the indie titles in my library, my game of 2015 would be Lego Jurassic World. I don't think it was the easiest Lego game to start with. I was new to Lego games, other than playing Lego Indiana Jones for a short time on the Wii, and I found playing it a little awkward at first (control-wise). The save system also felt a little wonky to me. I preferred the Harry Potter Lego save system, (which I played after Jurassic World.)
The detail is amazing. I've been to Lego Park once and the park in the game was like arriving at real life Lego Park minus all the dinosaurs (Real life Lego park does have a few Lego dinosaurs).
It seemed like a lot of work was put into making this game and the creators had a good time. The voice acting and characters were similar to the movie and really funny. When I played, I hadn't seen the new movie yet, and it was fun to watch the movie later and compare it with what I did in the game.
I would recommend it!

Well, i know its a common one but Undertale, the game just hited my a lot in a personal way, making me actually cry, and laught out loud (i am a fan of stupid puns) so its just a no brainer to me, it made me think a lot of past actions and suffer them all over but also reminded me of friends and made me happy.
others i loved:
Rocket league is pretty good
but thats as far as i can say since i just got my new pc and just now got the power to play newer games so call me in a couple of months and i will tell you :p

Undertale almost reached the list. The only reason it didn't was because it didn't quite stand out entirely over the other two.

Yeah i know how you feel, the gameplay isnt that innovative as people tells, its a mixture beetween Earthbound, Touhou and shin megami tensei, what is unique is the story and the way it knows what you do and the secret and characters, the fusion of gameplays is awesome too but not as unique as i would like it to be.

I mean don't get me wrong, I absolutely loved undertale. It just one or two things I didn't like about it whereas Ori and the blind forest was perfection for me and the others were almost perfection.

So many people praise it so much, will have to give it a try when i can

I was wondering what everyone's personal Game Of The Year is this year. For me it's between three games that all come very close to the award. But the winner for me is clearly deserving of the award.
GOTY: Ori and the blind forest
Runners up-
Whats your GOTY and/or close runners up to the award?
