I own the base game and can't enter either.
According to my records, I got it when Steam gave it away for free during a promotion period:
Total War: SHOGUN 2 Limited Free Promotional Package - Apr 2020
The corresponding package sub/448598 is somewhat weird, it lists app/34330 as the game inside it, and app/201270 as DLC, but when I try to access the store page of app/34330, it redirects me to app/201270 storage page...
Maybe that has something to do with why SG can't detect owning the base game?

on another note - I own everything Shogun 2 yet SG informs me that I´m missing the base game instead of exists in account !
there seems to be serious trouble getting valid data from Steam for them, so maybe SG simply can´t do anything about it ??
my best advice therefore would be to put the key in one of these threads ..
..and move on :)
btw I bought all that stuff, some of it bundled iirc but still..

That does not affect anything. I have spare keys to ensure winner gets a working one. I have 2 other DLC Giveaways of Attila and Total War Rome II going and they are getting entries. My last GAs last year had same condition as I have many old unredeemed keys from as way back as 5-10 years so I make that condition.

Exactly, as nobody can and nobody will enforce that. It's against the sites' rules to set up custom GA rules.
It's cool and everything that you give away your leftover keys, but YOU need to give a working key, and it's up to the winner, if they decide to let you delete the GA.
You have no word in that, despite the caps lock "Terms of Service" of yours. Just so you're on level with the rules and such.

I started this Giveaway BUT a member who wished to enter reported it's bugegd base game owners are unable to enter. game DLC exists on steam store and on Steamgifts database whats wrong? How to fix it? I have done nothing wrong on my end steamgifts and steam having store sync issues?
