Missing Gift

hallo guys

i have a problem..
i send gift to buyer, isend via email but he dont tell me if he in japan
mygift SEA area so he actifated game with phsipon with IP Singapore

finnaly gift redeemed by buyer but this game not in invebtory and library
i see my history gift: redeemed by buyer, and isee my game in inventory has been less 1 before 2

i have teamviwer with buyer and i check his inventory and library

currently has 0 items in their inventory.

what shoul i do..?

please help me guys
