Okay, that's how you do it:

1) You must have a valid CreditCard
2) Enter any US address to your amazon account. You can get one here http://www.fakenamegenerator.com/gen-random-us-us.php or use google maps or something. McDonalds and stuff work perfectly. Make sure to choose a state without any online transaction fees (avaoid: KS, KY, ND, NY, WA, TX, CA).
3) Enter a valid email. The receipt will only be send by mail.
