Can't create giveaway due to free playing?

So...i bought 2 copies of Dino D-Day to get some points. It's in free playing and I can't create giveaway. Is it due to free? Will I be able to create giveaway after free acces end?

Yea it seems legit that after the free access it should be available to giveaway. But from what I am seeing the game is being given away for free, so no it can't be.

It's best to check the list before you buy something on sale cuz sometimes games that were given away for free in the recent past are no longer in the list on Steam Gifts.

If it's not in the giveaway list it's because it was tons of copies were being given for free.

Bad idea buying games that were given for free, 1 million keys were given for free exactly.

It was given away for free, but gameminer distinguishes between gifts and keys. You could still give them away there and receive XP/coal for it.

Due to the fact that over 1 million keys were given away for the game, its never coming off the free list. I have yet to see a game that was given out free put back on the giveaway list. I don't think it will ever happen just because there are many out there who would hoard keys till it was put back on the list and then flood with giveaways.

Well it was given for free so You can't giveaway them gere, in gameminer you can.
