I know of at least one who user who created 5 giveaways and didn't deliver any of them. His last one was for Fallout 4, with more than 10,000 entries and almost 400 comments.

Weird... normally everybody starts with 3 slots and gets one extra for every 3 GAs marked received... Maybe he gave away some free games and still kept the slots when they were deleted or asked support for additional slots.

From the looks of it, it seems that one of them ended without any entrants. That accounts for the fourth one, but not for the fifth...

Doesn't matter. The only users you can explicitly call out are those who are permanently banned. Even permanently suspended users cannot be called out according to the rules, let alone ones who are not suspended at all, such as this user.

New users are limited to 3 giveaway slots, which means they can create 3 giveaways or 1 giveaway with 3 copies before they run out of slots. So, 3 "not received" giveaways before they have to explain themselves.

One of his winners probably marked the giveaway as Received at first, allowing him to squeeze in an extra giveaway, before switching feedback.

Whenever I win something on here I buy myself the game and mark it as received. Isn't that how it's supposed to work?

I found the guy which created 2 GAs and in both cases winners didn't recive games, I'm just wondering how many GA someone can not send and still do not recive ban?
