Hey everyone, my name is Mido Basim. I found about this awesome website just recently and I have to say that I really like the concept.

I created my first giveaway for the awesome indie game Starbound!

Check out the giveaway and let me know if there are things I can improve on.

Regards,
Mido Basim.

Alright, you shouldn't really post public giveaways here on the forums. :)

You entered his giveaway, didn't say thanks in the comments, and then had the audacity to complain here about making it public without saying thanks.

He posted because he's excited and wanted to tell everyone, not because it was needed for people to find the giveaway.

By the way, great first giveaway, Mido, and welcome to the site. )

Thank you very much for the generous giveaway, and don't worry if any people say don't post public giveaways in here. :) It's only a rule in their imagination... :)

Since you're trying to get noticed by as many people as possible, I think a private giveaway only for the forum people wouldn't make sense at all. Good luck with your game!

Hehe yep! Thanks for the support!
I checked the forum rules before posting like a good citizen would do and didn't read anything against posting public giveaways.
Cheers!

Reminds me in a way of And yet it Moves, which is a great memory btw, the animation quality (for the little i looked) could definitely be improved, as well as maybe some work on the graphical aspect, so plattforms and the character stand out a bit more, without having that "plastic" look (sorry if it's a design choice).

Other than that, the concept seems familiar, but then again, i only watched a few pics and a video. I'd definitively still play it if it proves a challenge.
Good luck with that, and thanks for Starbound!

Thanks for the feedback, I really appreciate it!
Yep, I'm working on trying to improve the graphical aspect of the platforms. Trying to write a new shader to improve the transparency and shading of the platforms when combined with the backgrounds.
